Olivia Rodrigo SHE’S WORKING ON HER NEW ALBUM OR3 IS IN THE MAKING |
Fans of Olivia Rodrigo were left scratching their heads after her touring guitarist revealed that the pop star has been covering the cost of therapy for her entire band and crew. The news, intended as a heartwarming anecdote, instead left netizens asking a simple question: why?
Daisy Spencer, who played guitar on Rodrigo’s Guts World Tour, shared the details during a recent episode of The StageLeft Podcast. She explained that Rodrigo, along with tour manager Marty Hom, provided the service.
In a video interview for American Express, Olivia Rodrigo, a 22-year-old Grammy-winning singer-songwriter, said that she has returned to Los Angeles and is working on her third studio album after finishing her Guts World Tour. She talked about how she eats salmon in the studio now, which is different from how she ate burritos for her first album, Sour, in 2021 and bean and cheese tacos for her second album, Guts, in 2023. There is no release date or title yet, but the confirmation fits with what fans have been saying about themes of maturity and fame. The game could come out in 2025 or 2026.
